We take considerable time and effort to ensure that our product descriptions and images are an accurate reflection of the product you will receive, but we do appreciate that sometimes we all change our minds or make the occasional error. In the event that you have ordered something in error (wrong size, wrong colour etc.) or simply changed your mind, we ask that you contact us on customerservice@annablatman.co.uk within 14 days of your purchase. We will be happy to replace, exchange or issue a store credit/gift card to the value of the item, subject to the item being in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for all shipping costs in the return of your item. All original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any store credit issued where appropriate.
